Raison d'être is one of the two ending theme songs of the Chobits anime. The CD single was released exclusively in Japan on May 22nd, 2002. Two of the three tracks were sung by Chi's voice actress, Rei Tanaka. The third track is a karaoke version of "Raiseon d'être".
